Which CBD oil should I choose?
After long consideration, you decided to try CBD in form of oil. Great choice. CBD oil is probably one of the best ways to dose CBD and can be a great help in your everyday live. However, now you need to decide which one you should try: 5% or 15%? Apart of price difference there's few other things to consider while buying the oil.
Which strength should I use?
There's no easy answer to this question. Reason for this is that every individual body chemistry is different. Whatever works for your friend might not necessarily work on you.
If you're just starting your journey with CBD, we would usually advise on starting with 5% oil (except few cases that we'll speak below). Reason for it is that it makes it a bit easier to research your own body and how it reacts. It's easier to check the right dosage that you need on a lower potency oil than the higher one and check what benefits your body can get out of it. Once you figure that out – it's easier to know what your body might need and make a right decision yourself.
5% CBD OIL
This is relatively low potency oil. However for many people it's a perfect strength. Some people have a more active endocannabinoid system than others and naturally don't need a high dosage.
It's generally a great option as a daily supplement to boost your general health, boost your immune system or deal with daily stress.
Apart of that it's a great option to help you dealing with low and mild pain and reduce inflammation.
15% CBD OIL
We recommend 15% oil mostly to the people who already have some sort of experience with CBD oil.
However, if you're dealing with a long term strong pain or migraines it might be worth to try it out as your first buy.
Apart of that, individuals say that it helps them to deal with sleeping disorders, daily stress, anxiety, depression as well as inflammations.
There's no golden rule when it comes to CBD. Everybody is different and you need to find what's right for you. Finding the right strength and dosage might sometimes be not easy but once you do, it's going to be very beneficial.
Also worth noting is that CBD might simply not work on you. The studies show that it doesn't bring effects on small amount of individuals. That's why experimenting and checking with your body how it reacts is important on your first journey with CBD.
